My client is a large well known systems integrator who is engaged on a long term program building out Test Data Management (TDM) capability and is seeking an Automation Engineering Lead to help shape and deliver this critical initiative.
This role will suit someone who enjoys leading technical delivery, setting up automation capabilities from the ground up, and working across complex enterprise environments as applications are migrated through TDM platforms.
To be successful, you’ll bring a strong mix of technical expertise and leadership capability:
Proven experience in automation engineering within large-scale or enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Test Data Management (TDM) concepts and delivery
Experience supporting or leading application migrations through TDM
Exposure to Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, or UiPath (highly regarded)
DevOps skills including CI/CD, automation tooling, and modern engineering practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong people skills with the ability to lead technical delivery and influence outcomes
