Senior Manager – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

€90,000–€115,000 + benefits | Dublin City Centre | Hybrid (2–3 days per week)

The opportunity to help shape and grow a Microsoft practice while solving complex IAM challenges for some of Ireland’s leading organisations.

I’m working directly with a Partner at a well-established global organisation that is continuing to invest in and grow its Microsoft practice. They are looking to appoint a Senior Manager with strong Identity & Access Management expertise to play a key role in both technical delivery and the development of their IAM offering.

This is an opportunity for someone who can combine deep technical knowledge with commercial thinking, helping organisations address complex identity challenges while supporting the growth of the wider practice.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and clients, contribute to go-to-market strategies, develop new service offerings and help turn ideas into solutions that deliver real value.

What you’ll be doing

Lead the delivery of complex IAM solutions for a range of enterprise clients.
Bring strong technical expertise across the Microsoft identity ecosystem, particularly Microsoft Entra ID.
Help shape and develop IAM service offerings, identifying opportunities to expand the practice.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies and support business development activities.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their challenges and advising on solutions.
Work across the wider IAM landscape, including identity governance and administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

What we’re looking for

8+ years’ experience delivering complex IAM solutions, with the technical depth to advise clients and lead delivery.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft identity technologies, particularly Microsoft Entra ID.
Broader IAM experience across platforms such as SailPoint, Okta or Saviynt.
Good understanding of PAM technologies and the wider identity security landscape.
Experience in consulting or professional services, ideally with exposure to GTM strategy, proposition development or growing a service offering.
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and translating technical challenges into practical solutions.
A proactive, commercially minded approach, with the ability to take ideas from concept through to delivery.

Relevant Microsoft or information security certifications would be advantageous.
