An established IT managed services provider is hiring a Modern Workplace & AI Manager to lead its Microsoft consulting practice.
You’ll manage and develop an experienced team, set delivery standards and decide which services to build or grow. You’ll stay close to customers, running discovery workshops and presenting recommendations to senior executives.
A key part of the role is helping customers move from interest in Copilot to practical adoption. That means identifying where AI can improve day-to-day work, then helping customers put the right governance, security and adoption plans in place. You’ll also work with sales on proposals, demonstrations and new consulting opportunities.
This could suit an established practice leader or a technical lead who already manages or leads a team and is ready to take ownership of a wider practice.
You’ll inherit an experienced team and have the scope to shape what the practice offers, how it delivers and where it grows. You’ll stay involved in customer work while taking on broader responsibility for people, strategy and commercial development.
