Eddie Farrell approaches recruitment the same way he approaches GAA…fast-paced, team-focused, and always playing to win.
Having played since he could walk (which we assume made for some very competitive toddler years), Eddie still lines out three times a week and brings that same energy into the world of Data & Analytics recruitment. Whether it’s finding the right candidate or making the right call under pressure, he’s all about timing, positioning, and delivering when it counts.
He’s a loyal Sligo supporter too, travelling for matches whenever he can, and happily analysing the game whether he’s in the stands or watching as a neutral. Safe to say, he knows a thing or two about spotting talent…on and off the pitch.
Off the field, Eddie fuels performance the only way he knows how…good food (and plenty of it). Pizza, steak, burgers…if it’s on the menu, he’s interested. Pair that with an Americano to start the day and a cortado after lunch, and you’ve got a man running at full capacity.
