Location: Dublin / Hybrid
Salary: €70-100k + Bonus & Benefits

We are working with a large, international organisation to appoint an Information Security Manager specialising in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

This is a senior IAM position with responsibility for coordinating and strengthening IAM operations across a complex EMEA environment. The role will sit between technical IAM teams, security, risk, compliance, audit and the wider business, ensuring access controls are effective, consistent and aligned with security and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate IAM operations across multiple countries and business areas.
Drive improvements across Identity Governance, access management, PAM and access certification.
Oversee RBAC, Segregation of Duties and access reviews.
Identify and remediate access control and security gaps.
Support IAM-related audit, risk and compliance activity.
Lead IAM projects and work with global security and technology teams.
Coordinate and support teams delivering IAM services.

What we're looking for

7+ years' experience in IAM, Information Security, IT Risk or a related field.
Strong understanding of Identity Governance, RBAC, SoD, PAM and identity lifecycle management.
Experience with enterprise IAM technologies such as Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping or similar.
Experience working across multiple countries, business units or complex organisations.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience within financial services or another regulated environment would be highly beneficial.
Previous leadership or team coordination experience is advantageous.
