Join our client's dynamic team, specializing in delivering innovative solutions to modernize workplaces and empower organizations to thrive in the digital era. As a MWP Practice - Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting modern workplace solutions built on Microsoft technologies. You will lead a team of technical specialists and collaborate closely with clients to deliver transformative solutions that meet their business needs.
This is a permanent role, based in the Dublin office and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of modern workplace projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design tailored solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and other relevant technologies. Develop comprehensive architectural designs and implementation plans.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of modern workplace solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, and security features. Ensure solutions are implemented according to best practices and meet quality standards.
- Mentor and coach technical team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development. Provide guidance on technical challenges and promote a customer-centric approach to solution delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and enable clients to effectively utilize modern workplace solutions. Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed.
Your Experience:
- 7+ years technical consultancy / professional services experience covering a variety of clients, a formal solution design and development methodology, and experience of leading the technical design and implementation of a few significant projects.
- 3+ years’ experience as M365/O365 solution architect role
- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
- Proven experience in team leadership, project management, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications across M365 / Azure or Power Platform and Solution Architecture (desirable)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
